Will travel within the US (and occasionally Canada and Mexico) as needed.
Work will consist of manufacturing and installing geomembrane covers and liners for waste applications in the commercial, agricultural and municipal markets at job sites around the US.

Field Technicians work from March/April until the end of November (or when the construction season closes for winter) and, with the exception of a few winter projects, are not generally required to report to work from December through the end of March. Some of the time before and after the construction season is spent for training, certifications, equipment maintenance, and administrative responsibilities.

-Outside Work 6 days/week, 10 hours/day weather permitting.
-Spend roughly about 8 months on the road.
-Travel back and forth to MN is covered by the company.
-Will travel in a company vehicle, not your own.
-No Felonies and Must be able to pass random drug tests throughout the season.
-Lodging is covered by the company and will get $40/day for food.

Extruder Operator-

Ensures smooth and continuous operation of the extruding process by monitoring and attending to the extruding machinery and related equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Carries out all duties and responsibilities with an emphasis on safety.

-Monitors general flow of material from the hopper through the extruding line. May adjust heat and rate of material flow to meet production standards or to help even out material flow.

-Properly maintains the hopper machine, ensures all conveyors are running properly and are clear of debris.

-Continuously inspects and cleans water filters. Checks water levels in tanks and fills as necessary.

-Visually checks for overall quality of the finished product for compliance with the manufacturing specifications and company quality standards.

-Brings material to the chopper and assists the operator to ensure sufficient cut material ensuring efficient product flow. Visually inspects and cleans spiked apron and beater bar in the hopper when needed.

-Observes chopping operation, has some knowledge about chopper operation.

-Weighs and labels finished products.

-Observes operation of equipment for malfunctions. Performs troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment where appropriate.

-Performs minor preventive maintenance on the machinery, and thoroughly sweeps the department, blows dust buildup from the machines, and/or blows out/cleans out the hoppers.

-Changes extruding screens as needed.

-Checks for metal on the infeed belt when the detector activates.

-Performs the daily checklist and informs his/her supervisor of any discrepancies.

-Enters daily production report into computer, detailing shift.

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Must have some machine operating experience or knowledge, be mechanically inclined.

Purpose: Plans and completes a daily truck route to make product and supply pick-ups and deliveries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Plans route on a daily basis to ensure the most efficient use of time and fuel for delivery

-Drives a 15 ton truck an average of 130-150 miles per day on the planned route.
-Helps to fill orders to complete the route if necessary.
-Works various jobs in the plant when their route doesn’t fill a full day.
-Picks up product and supplies that we don’t stock. May deliver to departments if required. May pick up product from a supplier and deliver direct, same day, to a customer.
-Loads and unloads truck at beginning and end of route and throughout the route as necessary using forklift, pallet jack, dolly and/or manually as needed.
-Completes required paperwork such as verifying loads against bills of lading and return authorizations, driver’s manifest, preparing receipts for picked up loads, matching return authorizations to their corresponding bills of lading, and sorting and delivering paperwork to the correct departments.
-Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
-Inspects truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water for preventive maintenance and safety requirements. Informs supervisor of needed repairs or replacements.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
-Calls for emergency roadside repairs. Delivers truck to maintenance shop for scheduled maintenance and incidental repairs.

Physical Demands:
-Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds unassisted.

Work Environment:
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes. The noise level is moderate.

Essential Qualifications:
-Prior experience driving a medium weight class delivery truck and various types of forklifts.
-Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record according to the company’s insurance provider.
-Ability to pass the Department of Transportation physical exam and drug test.
-Knowledge of basic inspection and maintenance techniques for vehicles and vehicle equipment.
-Ability to perform basic math, measurement and counting functions, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as delivery and pick-up instructions, city and state road maps, bills of lading, inventory production tags, daily production schedules, etc.
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
-Knowledge of the Twin Cities metro area.

Essential Qualifications:

Vocational training in electrical, machine shop, welding, and hydraulics.

Responsible for receiving completed cases from production, packing and shipping for return to client. Our client makes mouth guards, crowns, implants bridges etc. You will verify invoice to packing slip and make sure they match, pack and ship them to dental offices.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
o Packaging of dental cases according to the documented procedure.
o Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
