Performs all tasks required by Hand Finishing Assembler, as well as supervises the activities and training needed within a cell. Works as part of a team to provide customers with a quality, packaged product in a timely manner.
Physical Job Requirements:
Able to lift up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 25 pounds of force constantly.
Must be able to move easily throughout the plant on foot, stand for the majority of the work shift and perform pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting functions.
Able to operate smaller pieces of automated equipment
Able to perform repetitive manual tasks. Manual dexterity and excellent eye/hand coordination are required to safely manipulate equipment such as hand tools, carts, and skids.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic packaging or assembly environment.
Able to read, write legibly, follow verbal and written instructions, and perform basic mathematical calculations dealing with weights, dimensions, and quantity.
Knowledge of basic arithmetic. Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly and accurately.
Must successfully pass pre-employment skills testing, background screen, physical and drug test
Hours:
6:00 am- 2:00 pm Monday-Friday or 10:00 pm-6:00 am Sunday-Thursday

$18.00/hour
