You will respond to inquiries via e-mail and phone, processing receipts, orders, handling customer complaints/questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specified to a customer.
Handles incoming requests form customers and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Process customer orders/changes/returns
Provides quality services and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to billing, filing, scanning and emailing inbound/outbound documents, phone calls, monitoring supplies and stocking printer.
Communicates with warehouse personnel
Investigate inventory discrepancies as needed
Works with Transportation department and outside carriers to arrange shipments.
Supports all initiatives and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment which has been designed to meet OSHA requirements.
Initiate and verify monthly invoices and distributing to customers in a timely fashion.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of previous Customer Service Experience.
Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
Self-starter
Strong computer skills, with specific experience with Microsoft Office.
Hours:
7:00 am- 3:30 pm Monday-Friday

$20.00/hour
