Customer Service Specialist- Eagan

You will respond to inquiries via e-mail and phone, processing receipts, orders, handling customer complaints/questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specified to a customer.

  • Handles incoming requests form customers and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

  • Process customer orders/changes/returns

  • Provides quality services and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to billing, filing, scanning and emailing inbound/outbound documents, phone calls, monitoring supplies and stocking printer.

  • Communicates with warehouse personnel

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies as needed

  • Works with Transportation department and outside carriers to arrange shipments.

  • Supports all initiatives and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment which has been designed to meet OSHA requirements.

  • Initiate and verify monthly invoices and distributing to customers in a timely fashion.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of previous Customer Service Experience.

  • Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers

  • Self-starter

  • Strong computer skills, with specific experience with Microsoft Office.
